frozen deep dish pie crust (Mom liked Pillsbury roll outs...)
1/2 lb pork sausage cooked and drained
2 eggs
1 T cornstarch
1/3 mayo
1/2 c milk
1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c chopped Vidalia onion

Directions:

Bake pie crust in a preheated 350º oven for 8 minutes
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust
Bake for 40 minutes or until browned on top and fully cooked through

AS all of you who knew my mother will remember, she was not an egg fan and NEVER at any eggs until they were cooked beyond any reasonable-ness. So she adapted this recipe with more cheese, fewer eggs and cornstarch to make doubly sure the quiche was not soft when served!
