3 c. dried apricots
2 c. water
1 egg beaten
1 c. sugar
2 T brown sugar
2 T melted butter
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soak apricots in water 1/2 hour and drain thoroughly then grind medium.
Combine egg, sugar, and butter
Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice.
Add apricots and nuts and mix well.
Port into well oiled large loaf pan
