Put butter in 9X13 pan and place in 425 degree oven while butter melts. Blend eggs in blender on high for one minute. Add milk and flour. Remove pan from oven, pour in batter. Bake 20-25 minutes until puffy and well browned. Dust with powdered sugar and nut meg.
