3 cups half and half
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 (12 oz) pkg of frozen hash browns-thawed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
In Sauce pan, heat butter, half and half and salt.
Spread potatoes in 9x13 inch pan.
Pour heated mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
Bake 1 hour.
