In skillet, blanch beans in boiling water until tender/crisp. Drain, pat dry. Heat oil over medium high heat, saute mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt & pepper until golden, about 6 minutes. Add sherry, cook until evaporated. Add beans and butter, cook until beans are hot and butter has melted.
