1 cup flour
1 T baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 T honey
2 cups whole bran
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 T butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and honey; set aside. Soak bran in milk in mixing bowl 5 minutes. Add eggs and butter to bran mixture, then add flour mixture, stirring just to moisten. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 400º oven about 25 minutes.
