4 lbs russet potatoes (peeled and sliced)
2 1/2 lbs ham cubed
garlic powder
pepper
3 T. butter
2 heaping T. flour
1 quart milk
1 /2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large roaster pan add potatoes, have, spices, cheese add butter. Pour boiled milk over the top and sprinkle flour over the top. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir and continue baking for another 1/2 hour or until potatoes are soft.
