8-10 potatoes chopped with peels and boiled in salted water ½ stick butter 1 C sour cream Milk 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Mash potatoes with butter, sour cream, dressing mix and enough milk to a good consistency. Mix in 1 and ½ cups of cheese and put into serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes.
