1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/3 cup water 3/4 cup uncooked white rice 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp pepper 4 boneless chicken breasts halves 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine soup, water, rice, onion and pepper in shallow 2 qt. baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with additional pepper. Cover. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
