1 tbs oil
3/4 lb boneless chicken cut in strips or chunks
1 can whole kernel corn - drained
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup broken tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5-7 minutes. Stir in corn and salsa and simmer 5-7 minutes. Stir in chips - sprinkle with cheese.
