1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 large eggs
1 can (29 ounce) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 cans (12 fl oz each) evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shells

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350, bake 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2-3 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
