1 lb butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
2 1/4 cups flour
Method
1) Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2) Gradually add the flours,beat until well blended and fluffy. At this point you may use a cookie machine or roll out 1 tsp of dough into a ball, flatten with the bottom of a glass dusted in icing sugar.
3) You may also place dough in the refrigerators for 30 minutes then roll out to3é8 thickness and use cookie cutters to make tour cookies.
4)Decorate with sprinkles then bake.
Bake in a 325F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges.Cool on wire racks Store in air tight container.
