16 slices white bread, no crust
16 slices American cheese
16 slices Swiss cheese
1 pound sliced ham
7 eggs
tsp dry mustard
tsp onion salt
3 cups milk
Topping:
2 cups cornflakes crumbs
dot with butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter a 9x12 baking dish. Layer 8 slices of the bread, 16 slices American cheese, the ham. Repeat 8 slices bread, 16 slices of Swiss cheese, remaining ham. Beat egg, spices and milk. Pour over mixture. Refrigerate 12-24 hours. Sprinkle cornflakes on top and dot with butter. Bake 400 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
