Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into fingers
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except chicken. Coat the chicken pieces with sauce. Place on rimmed cookie sheet and broil until browned, turning once and basting with remaining sauce.
