2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 doz. flour tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 hot & 1 mild
1 onion, diced & sauteed
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded & mixed with cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese & tortillas, and let simmer. Place a row of tortillas(flat) on bottom of large pan (10x14). Add a layer of sauce, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers 2 or 3 times. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cover with foil the first 20 min.
Optional: Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or salsa.
