1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or monterey jack
1 cup sour cream
1 can refrig. crescent rolls
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbl melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In large skillet, cook beef and onion for 8-10 minutes. Stir in sauce. In medium bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream; mix well. Pour hot beef mixture into ungreased 2 qt. glass dish. Spoon cheese mixture over beef. Unroll dough over cheese mixture. In small bowl, mix parmesan cheese and butter and spread over dough. Bake for 18-25 minutes.
