2 lb ground beef,
2 eggs,
2 cups bread crumbs,
1/2 cup chopped onion,
1/4 cup green pepper,
1 tbl salt,
1 small can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Top with ketchup. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes then pour off liquid. Let set a few minutes, then serve.

You can bake potatoes at the same time, but they need to go in the oven 20 minutes earlier.
