Soup:
1 Whole Chicken
8 to 10 cups of water to cover chicken in pot
3 bay leaves
1 large onion

Noodles:
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt

Egg Dumplings:
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup milk
Flour

1 tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken in water with bay leaves until meat falls from bones. Remove meat let cool and remove bones and skin. CHop meat into cubes and add back to broth. Chop onion and add to soup. Boil 20 minutes.

Noodles: Mix Flour, egg, water and salt with a fork. Flour kneading surface with 1 1/2 cups fllour. Knead Flour into dough untill a little thicker than pie dough. Roll out onto a well floured surface. Sprinkle more flour over dough ( generous amount) roll dough like a jelly roll and cut roll into 1/2 inch strips. Drop strips into boiling soup and cook for 10 minutes.

Dumplings:
Mix all ingredients, adding enough flour to make a thick mixture. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling soup. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
