6 large potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
2 T. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup milk
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes. Add eggs, salt, butter, baking powder and a small amount of flour to stiffen batter. Fry in 1/2 cup amounts in a non stick fry pan. Serve with Applesauce or Apple butter.
