1 can Progresso Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1 can Mexi-corn, drained & rinsed
1 small red onion, chopped
2 firm tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, chopped
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1/2 c oil
1/4 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine black beans, mexi-corn, onion, tomatoes, and avocados in bowl. Set aside. Mix dressing, oil, and vinegar together. Pour over ingredients. Serve with Scoop Fritos.
