6 carrots
3 potatoes
Lg. onion or pearl onions
5 stalks celery sliced
1 tsp. salt & pepper per pound
2-1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. tapioca

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a covered dish and bake. Stir occasionally. 250 for 5 hours.
