2 squares bitter chocolate
1 cup sugar or corn syrup
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 cup boiling water
4 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until melted: chocolate, sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in boiling water. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add 4 tbsp butter.

Good on ice cream.
