2 slices bread
1 egg, slightly beaten
margarine
peanut butter
jelly (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet lightly with Pam

Put peanut butter on one slice of bread (and jelly, if desired). Put the two pieces of bread together like a sandwich. Cut the crusts off all edges. Cut the "sandwich" into 3 french toast sticks" and fry until lightly browned & the egg coating is cooked. Dust lightly with powdered sugar and serve

* Can serve with maple syrup to dip, if desired.
