1 slice bread
1 tsp butter or margarine
1 egg
Sant & Pepper to taste

Cut a 3 inch hole in the center of the bread (and discard the center)
In a small skillet, melt the butter. Place the bread in the skillet. Break an egg into the hole. Cook about 2 minutes over medium heat until the bread is lightly browned. Turn & cook the other side till the egg is completely set. Season with salt & pepper
