1 9 oz carton cool whip
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs pineapple syrup

Could also add: 1/2 cup coconut
2 diced bananas (sprinkle with lemon juice)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
