1 box cheap macaroni ( any brand will do)
1 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
1st: Follow the directions on the box of macaroni's.

While they are cooking, On medium heat start browning your ground beef, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain grease.
When Macaroni's are done add your milk, butter and cheese, stirring until cheese and butter is dissolved.
Start stirring in your drained hamburger meat.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
