1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1-1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 or 13 cups dry bread cubes
3-1/2 to 4-1/2 cups chicken broth
2 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pack lightly into crock pot. Cover and cook on high heat setting 45 minutes; turn to low heat setting and cook 4 to 8 hours. NOTE: When mixing ingredients, start with 10 cups bread cubes and add more if needed. Keep the dressing moist.
