Put roast in crockpot, fill with water. Cover crockpot
and set on high for 6 1/2 hours, or on high for 8 1/2
When roast is done, Put it in a large bowl, start shredding roast with a fork, until all shredded.
Pour water out of crockpot, pour 1 bottle of bbq sauce in crockpot, then slowly start stirring in shredded pork. Pour the second bottle of bbq sauce in crockpot and stir until pork is all cover.
Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes or so, making sure the pork and bbq sauce is well blended.
Add more sauce if needed.
Serve on buns.
