1lb cubed chicken breast
1 pkg velveeta shells and cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots
Directions:
Directions:
spray lg skillet with cooking spray. add chicken and cook until pink is gone. stirring occasionally. add pasta, milk, and water, stir. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer 10 min. add broccoli and carrots. cover and cook 5 min. remove from heat and add cheese sauce until well blended and sauce is melted.
