shredded cheese-optional
ham-optional
salt
pepper
pot full of water
a Ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
take a Ziploc bag and crack open 3 eggs in it, add whatever you would like in your omelet,( ham, cheese, bacon), then stir with a spoon until well mixed. take a pot full of water and boil it, place omelet in a bag into the water and let it just set in there while boiling put a lid on the pot 2 keep the bag from sinking. keep close eye on the omelet. to check to see if it is done, just grip the side of the bag and take tongs and squeeze the bag gently to see if it is still runny, if not your omelet in a bag is finished,. add salt and pepper and enjoy your snack.. . .
