2 pkgs 1.34 oz sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 tub crystal light lemonade mix
6 pkgs equal
21/4 cups fat free milk
1 8oz container sugar free cool whip
2 graham cracker pie crust
grated lemon rind (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding, drink mix, and equal until well mixed. add milk beat with a whisk until thickened. gently fold in cool whip. spread evenly into pie crusts. garnish with grated rind. cover and chill at least 3 hrs.
