2 cups mayonnaise
2-4 garlic cloves - crushed
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp ground pepper
3/4 to 1 can beef consume

Mix all ingredients in a quart mason jar. Chill 24 hours. Great! Keeps well.
