4 C broccoli chopped 1 head cauliflower chopped 1 C chopped red onion 1 C chopped pecans (or your favorite nut) 2 C cubed mozzarella 1 C raisins or dried cranberries (optional) 1 C mayo (Miracle Whip is an option but it makes it a lot sweeter) ¼ C sugar 3 T balsamic vinegar
Combine first 6 ingredients. In another bowl mix other ingredients completely. Stir into salad and chill.
