1 lb of Ground Turkey
24-32 ounce can of stewed or crushed tomatoes
1 can of Black Beans drained
1 large Onion chopped
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 whole garlic chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey or beef or venison. Drain off fat. Add canned tomatoes with the liquid from the can. Add all remaining ingredients to pan or transfer to a crock pot or large soup pan. Simmer on low until beans are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. I simmer mine in a Dutch oven or crock pot for several hours then add chopped or whole olives at serving time.
