1-2 lbs of Salmon or Steelhead
2 T Mayonnaise & 2 tsp Dill Weed
or Lemon Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon on foil lined cookie sheet. Top salmon with mayonnaise and dill or Lemon Pepper. Place foil and salmon on heated grill. Barbeque with lid closed 20-40 mins. Or bake in 350º oven 10-20 minutes.
Salmon is done when center flakes with fork and has changed color all the way through.

Serve with Yellow Rice and Green Onions and a romaine lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes and Christy's Veggie Dip as a dressing.
