2 cups peanut butter
2 sq, baking chocolate
12 oz. choc. chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
Melt in double boiler - put 1/2 mixture in well buttered 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Cover remaining mixture and set aside.
Filling:
1/4 cup regular vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Mix puddinng and milk -cook until very thick
Add:
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup melted butter
In med. size mixing bowl Pour butter mixture in with 2 lbs. of powered sugar
Spread on hardened choc. layer
Refrigerate to harden
Take the remaining choc. mixture and add 1 lb. spanish peanuts - spread on middle layer
