8 medium tomatoes
12 scallions
1 can of drained, pitted ripe black olives
1-2 jalapeņo peppers (hotter the better)
2 fresh cloves of garlic
Fresh cilantro to taste (more is better)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup of wine vinegar

chop each item in food processor. place all chopped ingredients in bowl and combine with black pepper, oil and vinegar. If possible, let sit for 24 hrs.
