2 eggs
1 Tbsp butter
Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating skillet, while mixing the eggs together. Add salt and pepper.
Add butter in skillet, when melted, Pour egg in hot
skillet.
When egg starts to thicken, take spatula & carefully flip over.
While the bottom is cooking start adding cheese on top of egg. When omelet is done fold in half.
