3 egg yolks 1 egg white 3 tbsp. cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cardamom 1 c. flour
Beat eggs until thick and light colored. Add sugar and cream. Beat well. Add flour, salt and cardamom. Roll out thin, cut in rectangles and slit, roll up so ends overlap or one end. May be drawn through slit. Drop in hot fat and fry as doughnuts.
