6 eggs slightly beaten
6 slices of bread, cubed
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. mild sausage, fried and drained
2 c. mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Pour into buttered 9x9 pan. Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Cover with lid or foil while baking.

You can also use 1/2 package of sausage links cut into bite size pieces.
