Crust: 50 Ritz crackers crushed
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Filling: 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz can)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. Cool Whip

Crust: Press in 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
Filling: Beat pudding and milk until thick, add pumpkin and spices. Fold in Cool Whip, spread over crust. Top with Cool Whip, chill.
