4 chicken breasts (with or without bone)
1 small container ricotta cheese
1 block (8 oz) cheese of your choice (sharp, cheddar, etc.) cubed
1/2 red pepper finely diced
1/2 cup pepperoni or salami, cubed
Minced garlic
Spices: basil, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, crushed red pepper, garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ricotta, cheese, spices, red pepper, garlic, and pepperoni/salami in medium bowl. Split open chicken breasts, fill with ricotta/cheese mixture. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray, place chicken in pan and season with more spices. Cook boneless skinless breast for 30-45 minutes and bone in breasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
