Grated cheese
Butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in a hot frying pan. Lay a tortilla flat in the pan. Sprinkle cheese to desired thickness over half of tortilla. Fold tortilla in half, so cheese is inside of half circle. Fry it on one side, until lightly browned and crunchy, then flip and repeat for other side.
