2/3 c. butter, whipped real light
1 c. sugar, whipped
1 egg, whipped
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream shortening, add sugar. Add egg, beating well. Add flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Press into lined cake pan. Freeze. Divide into logs and slice into cookies. Bake at 350 for 9 to 11 minutes.
