2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 handfuls oatmeal
1 c. packed or more coconut
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda and salt; set aside. Cream shortening, add sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Beat in vanilla. Add flour mixture. Mix in oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 350º for 9 to 11 minutes.
