Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. butter
1 c. thick jam

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix with sugar and oatmeal. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press 2/3 mixture into 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Spread with jam and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 350 for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut in bars.
