CRUST
1 1/2 Sticks of butter melted
1 1/2 cups regular flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups of milk
2 small pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 8oz. block of cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cups sugar
12 oz. cool whip

FOR CRUST Mix together all ingredient and then press into a pan BAKE 350f. FOR 30 MIN. then

Whip the milk and pistachio pudding, cool slightly then place on top of crust.

Beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in 1/2 of the cool whip and spoon over the pudding. Put the rest of the cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate till cool and serve.
