1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. juice and rind of a lemon
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder


Directions:
Directions:
Crumble flour, butter and powdered sugar and press in bottom of pan and bake until brown at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix 1 c. sugar, eggs, juice, flour and baking powder together and put on top of crust. Bake 20 minutes until brown and bubbles.
