1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 c. walnuts
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Large Cool Whip
2 boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and walnuts by hand and crumble in 9 x 13 pan. Do not press in. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Blend pudding and milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining container of Cool Whip. Chill.
