3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. water
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar; slowly beat until blended. Add water and vanilla. Add slowly dry ingredients. Mix until batter is just smooth. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Turn upside down on powdered sugar towel. While hot, roll cake. Cool, unroll, add jelly and roll again in powdered sugar.
